I have lost my baggage I checked in while travelling from Najaf Dubai Bahrain my flight number DXB BAH FZ027 26Dec21 all my clothes and so many important things inside that bag I have reported with FZ lost baggage rep. same time in BAH airport and he advised after 12 days the bag has been lost and could not be found this is It is fly Dubai full responsibility to find out my baggage with all things I have in that bag.

My two daughters flew by Fly Dubai
From Tbilisi to Mumbai on 26 Dec 2021 by flight Fz712 and Fz445 via Dubai. At the time of arrival we found two of our baggage out of three. We lodge the complaint at mumbai against it on 27th Dec.
Meantime we Made so many conversations after that with Flydubai staff Ritesh and one ma’am.Now they not receiving our phone calls and messages. After that we gone to local airport authority they told us this is total responsibility of airways only.
So kindly reply me what type of legal action should be taken?
Will your ground staff give some reply to our call and message?
