Greetings.
I sent 2 mails in past 1 week but no revert from your end.
Please refer PIR#DXBFZ56575 prepared by DNATA for flight FZ446 Ticket# 1415768634947 Tag# FZ907786 and sent to you on 17/9/2017. I can not expect such mis handling by the Global Aviation company. You might be budget carrier, but you are expected to handle properly passenger’s luggage. My Suitcase was new (just 5-6 months old, only few trips by it) and costed approx. 800AED of Benetton (one of the best brand internationally). I am also attaching photos, in actual the damage is more, even one wheel is also damaged.

Looking forward for a compensation of Rs 1000 AED ( cost + mental suffer to me) at the earliest.
