My name in bivolaru cezar edwards.in 18.09.2018 I booked from sc abc trading co srl a holiday in dubai between 1-6 december (in 5 december it was my birthday) for me and my wife – bivolaru aura adela – and my daughter – bivolaru andra teodora.
Our flight – fz 798 – was going to be on 1 december at 14:25 from bucharest to dubai (dbx) but it was cancelled. we waited for 5 hours in the airport and after someone has informed us to come back next day (on 2 december) at 5 a. m because the flight was cancelled.
In these conditions we lost our first night of accommodation in the jumeirah beach hotel in dubai. our holiday cost 345 euro/night according the invoice attached.
So, in this case me and my wife and my daughter we claim to be compensated for the discomfort created with 600 euros for each.
