We want to complaint against the cancellation that have been done by your side to our flights:

Which has been changed into fly No FZ 712

we are very disappointed because you cancelled our flight and didn’t provide us with our same booked seats, we booked this flight very early on 3rd July 2018 just to make sure that we will have the front seats!

We will be happy if you provide us with our 5 front seats or 5 seats next to the exit door.
