Hello,

I have flied with FlyDubai this week to Nepal and when I reached Nepal airport my luggage was broken.

Please advise the next step for the refund and find a solution for my luggage,
I have been travelling in Nepal with a broken luggage and this has been really uncovenient for me because of your company.
