Your supervisor in DMM. airport on Friday 29 June around 2:00 pm, prevented my wife to travel to Dubai, Booking no UT3YCT .. even though she had valid visa and of course valid ticket and she was on time, also he refused to give any document that proves we came and he didn’t allow us to travel,
Kindly we need to know the reason of that unacceptable behavior ، which was resulted in a very serious family problem also we need Flydubi to pay compensation .
