My flight was on sunday july 22’nd at 13:55 uae timing. I have a complaint about a woman named Safa and a man named peter. Firstly, when i ordered food and safa brought it, i called her again to order more and she sarcastically made a joke about how are you still hungry and my obesity. Then in the end of the flight, my mobile phone fell off and i went to safa and peter at the back off the plane and nicely asked for assistance, which then Safa screamed loudly at me; which was very embarrasing and she started arguing in a disrespective way. I then asked peter to assist and instead he assisted Safa by also screaming at me and it was very embarrasing and frightening, where in all my life i have never been treated like this on a plane. This is my first experience on Fly Dubai and i own a travel and tourism agency in Sharjah and Georgia. Which i always use fly dubai for my flights and usually working with them. Unfortunately if this issue is not resolved i will stop using this company personnaly and perhaps even stop dealing with the company via my tourism agency; Travel Georgia.
Thank you and i hope you deal with this issue as it is something really rude, disruptive, disrespective, and very unproffesional. Fly DUBAI Is one of the best rated flight companies and it is so disappointing to know their staff treat the people like this.
