Dear Sir,

Please i need your help as this unfair and unprofessional way form flydubai Airlines.

I received an email from flight dubai that the flight is canceled after that i ask for refund and i sent a lot of emails to the customer services and no response and respect to the clients .

Please, as the service was canceled means I have the right to refund my money this what i said to them but no answer or caring about client.

I need your help, i don’t know what shall i do to complaint against them for this kind of dealing and stealing and respect.
