11-Aug-2017 flight number FZ-306 KBL-DXB delayed for more than 3 and half hours. Missed out connection flight in Dubai with Air France AF655.
Went to Fly Dubai for help. They ignored us, despite that we have informed them in advance that we have connection flight.
Went to Air France, they also refused and said that it is Fly Dubai’s responsibility to arrange something in order to get in our final destination in Canada.

After lots of attempt no co opration. We were in Dubai airport for 29hrs. Then we had to buy new tkts to get home. It cost us $7500 5 new tkts to get back to Canada.
