Hello,

My Luggage (Trolley Bag) damaged while travelling from Dubai to Muscat yesterday (flight no. FZ-045) – Booking Reference: 53IKM6.

Already i send to you mail. Yesterday same time i reached muscat i come to your office, but your office was closed. I asked the person who sit the information center near by your office and i he said your peoples are in inside counters and will take more than one hour to office. So i have no time for waiting more than one hour because my office is in Kauther (Ad Dakhiliyah), so i leave from there.

My Bag almost fully damaged, and it can’t use.

I will go back to Dubai on this month end. So i can come to your Muscat Airport office at that day.
