I want to share my poor experience with crew named Maria and Elena from flight FZ978 from Min Vody to Dubai on 11/ 11/2017. Both displayed full disrespect, unprofessional behavior, were totally rude, arrogant, sarcastic. It’s a disaster image of your company. I love fly dubai and I use it often. But after that flight I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the horrible behavior of Maria, and even worse the purser named Elena from Romania. Purser must be a person who is the row model and highly knowledgeable, educated or at least has common sense and be able to solve issue not to make it bigger and uglier!

I was resting trying to sleep when Maria approached my neighbors sitting in A and B seats, my sit was C. Maria was leaning on the back of the seat in front of me and waving her elbows in front of my face almost touching it. I was very aware of her actions as I had only just had rhinoplasty two days earlier and was being protective of my face. She made me feel very uncomfortable and not paying attention or trying to bother herself to show care that she tries to keep a distance. I asked her if she can be careful, where she exclaimed at me that ” how difficult to please everyone” and making the face grimace like I was bothering her and have no right to sit on my place. I was totally shocked! instead of receiving apologies and nice smile, I received full disrespect and negligence . I asked her name for my feedback and she came back after 2 Min talking in hysterical voice that she will give me the email address where I can share my complaint. I answered that It’s ok, I know where to find it. Here I guess she understood that she made a mistake and again no apologies… she came back again after 1 Min with piece of tissue and written email address. I repeated again that I didn’t ask for it and I just want her to leave me alone. After 5 Min Maria started shouting while standing in the corridor asking help of another crew member to serve the order for my neighbors and Supervisor Elena brought the order for my neighbors . Then on purpose, she started to theatrically wave her hand right in my face, even closer than Maria did, with a sarcastic smile on her face. It was obvious that she was trying to let me down and make me even more uncomfortable. She start talking in Italian to my russian neighbors… no comments, no sense in this behavior, only if she tried to look smart or pretend she doesn’t speak English … stretching time and asking them some questions which they couldn’t understand since they don’t speak Italian and continue waiving her hand in front of my face . Her body language is absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate. Another crew member Ramzi came across at least trying to understand the situation. He was the only one who tried to be nice and apologized. Later he offered coffee/tea to me. Where purser Elena was standing without any effort to apologies neither for her staff behavior nor hers. Both of them create horrible experience of the flight and the image of the Fly Dubai. They definitely need extra course of hospitality. They don’t deserve to have a job with Fly Dubai.

P.s. Grooming is disaster, especially purser Elena, messy hair, vulgar make up. Maria uniform is not ironed. Regards Elena Davydova
