Dear Fly Dubai team.

I have booked ticket from Dubai to Astana, on 29th of may 2018 the return is on 5th of june 2018 unfortunatly my registration card has been expired for one day in the pasport control the police- man held me, he was asking to me why i didin’t register as i could’nt find place to do that. So actualy they have cancelled my flight, and i dont have money to book ticket from Astana to Dubai. They dont care as i dont speak russian they asked me to find translator and lawyer. The lawyer and translator need to pay Im out of financial. I would appreciate, if you could help me out currently im In Astana I would love get back to UAE as soon as possible to keep working with my company.
