Hi my flight was cancelled from Doha to Bangkok and I sumbitted for a refund on 5th June. I was advised this could take upto 7 weeks however two of my friends who submitted refund requests after myself have recieved them both now. This is not acceptable. One receieved within a week the other within 3 weeks. When i tried to call the man on the phone refused to allow me to speak to a manager and treated me with no respect basically because I am a woman. I had to pay money for a secondary flight because fly dubai are incompetent at returning money to me. I was told that I could only get answers by emailing in however again this is unacceptable as you state you will not reply u til 14days. This is far too long. It does not take fly dubai 7 weeks to take my money therefore why should I need to wait 7 weeks to be refunded that money. I would like to know why some people who submitted refunds after myself have recieved their refunds before me? Is it because their husbands called and demanded it? Is it because I am a woman that its being delayed? I am extremely angered by this and disappointed that fly dubai continually refuse to let me speak to someone regarding this matter and keep fobbing me off to send emails which get no reply .
