Dear fly Dubai team,
I have a fly FZ877 from DXB to TAIF and it was on 8:55.
They have informed us that it will be delayed to 10:40, unfortunately the gate was open at 11:30 and we are on the plane for around 1:30 hours waiting for the plane to take off without AC!!!
Currently the crew have informed us that there was tech issue
This attitude is not acceptable, please take an action
