The objective of this letter to company the behavior of the manager and his staff against me during my check in for the flight FZ 5156. For 1 kg extra he treat me as a dog.
Really this type of people distroy the image of your company. He can’t make any difference between people and their education.
During my check in I am accompanied with a person from MEA that he assist the exchange with surprise.

I am sorry to say this the last time that I use fly dubai.
