Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to raise concern regarding my flight from Bishkek to Dubai under booking reference 8C2ODX.

I had an extremely dissatisfying experience. The customer service is not really good and I was treated poorly. The ground staff were very unpleasant. Luggage bags were not cared of properly.
Really bad service!
