I had made the payment for an online consultation with a doctor and the doctor didn’t have the courtesy to show up or inform that she would be running late or would be unavailable! I asked for a refund, they didn’t have the courtesy to respond or to issue a refund or even to reschedule the appointment!! JUST DON’T RELY ON THIS RIDICULOUS HOSPITAL FULL O[censored]NPROFESSIONALS. YOU NEVER KNOW YOUR PATIENT MIGHT DIE BEFORE THEY EVEN CARE TO RESPOND TO YOU, BEFORE THE DOCTORS CARE TO SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE ### THIEVES, JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN WITH IT…

* Get refund / replacement / damages from fortis healthcare.
I visited Fortis today. And found some abnormal things –
1. During entry thru entry gate , security made his bad face & told don’t park downstairs if not in emergency and you came for OPD. Park outside any where.
The way he reacted , was not accepted. Finally I dropped the patient and went outside to park in open without any care by Fortis. 😡
2. The OPD fees was Rs 800/- and they charged Rs 900/- saying Rs 100/- is for first time registration.
I really never heard such registration in any other hospital in Greater Noida.
I asked what registration, they give a form to fill the name , address, mobile no of the patient.
The form can be filled up free also or even it was not required. And why this form for Rs 100/- 😡
3. There is no discount for Govt. Employees, and in Yatharth they charge for Rs 150/- only in OPD for the Govt. Staff.
I found that the Fortis is very much interested to charge more , and to find the ways to charge more from the patients.
