I didn’t wanted to receive training in this institute because of some personal circumstances, so i asked for a refund. I paid 26000rs and didn’t take a single classes. and i requested and the frankfinn staff agreed to refund my fees but said it would take some time and i also agreed to their conditions and submitted all the documents required for cancellation but even after 2 months i didn’t hear anything from them so, i called them only to hear that they are not agreeing to refund. I am mad beyond level because they assured me that they would refund my admission fees but is not refunding. It is a lot of amount for a lower middle class people which i earned after doing very hardwork. please don’t scam me and refund it because i didn’t even taken a single classes. please.
