GST No: 29BHIPA3243B1ZV Incident Details: As we are looking for to buy Fridge & washing Machine to our house due to budget constrane we thought of going to buy 2nd hand so we found this company advertisement in OLX.com contacted them one lady by name ” Quddusia Tazeen” Mobile Number 9108901628. contacted us and shared photos of the product on 13-02-2024 we selected one double door Fridge and IFB-company washing machine they Delivered this on 20-02-2024 evening @ 6:30 Pm by delivered by transportation boys there also they voilated there words they took money through Phonepay mode to account of Sumera khanum 12750/- and Priyanka Sharma account 1250/- above that this boys took 600/- as delivery charges from me after they went we found the fridge they delivered was directly bought from gujarry it was not in working condition next day only i shared all needed photos to Mr.Zubair his mobile number: 8951723305;7975760290, but from that day on words i been given wrong assurence and promises of replacing that fridge but till date they are not done, he did drama of replacing one more but that also not working then he send his technicion by name called Asif he also took 1650/- Rs for Replacing the compressor he said he is taking money for filling gas but that is also not working from Feb-2024 we have under gone heavy mental Harasment from this comapy they are least bother to police and law am so sad to say our police system is very inactive and inefficient this comapy dont have any fear of law and system also i dont know atleast they fear to God or not.
i have all needed proof of conversiation whatsapp messges i request your self to please do help us get back our money from this froud comapy.

It’s been 1 month, We bought a fridge on 1 November, they delivered and asked us to switch on after 3 hours. When we switched on the fridge was not working. We called them and informed about the issue after regularly call for 12 days and multiple arguments they replace the fridge at 12’O clock at night and again they said after 3-4 hours switch on as in shifting gas imbalance may cause the damage so we agreed. We switched on the fridge after 3 hours as instructed and that fridge is also not working earlier we were following up on call and they stopped responding so we visited their shop on one Saturday one guy at shope named Arman promised that today I’ll send machanic and we’ll fix the fridge at your place only but no once came and he also stopped responding. After 8 days again we went there on shop and requested them to please refund the money, he bluntly denied to refund the money and said do whatever you can do well not give money back.
The fridge is still in non working condition we lost 9000 rs. To these fraudsters please be aware.
