In September, I purchased a refrigerator from them.
The refrigerator is in poor condition, has numerous spots where black tape is present, and has dents all over its body.
I questioned them when they said that this had only been in use for a year.
And in response, they ask if it’s functioning or not.
Unfortunately, last Saturday, it stopped cooling, and I’m attempting to obtain a service, but they keep cutting my calls and are not responding.
