On May 8,2023, I purchased a used refrigerator from these people. The saleswoman spoke primarily on Whatsapp. When the product is ready for delivery, the aforementioned photos will be shared, but they were not. Saleswoman claimed that she had forgotten that delivery was scheduled for 10:30 p.m. the delivery man said, “Don’t open now; wait until I’ve sprayed cockroach spray and everything.” The following day, at 4 PM, we opened. It smelled awful and was crawling with roaches. Additionally, the interior of the incorrect product differed from the picture.
Currently, ignoring calls and leaving voicemails.
