After booking subsidy gas cylinder vide cash voucher No.3000058584 for Rs. 779.00 against Consumer No.3278 wuth Cust. No.03278 LPG ID: 37500 0000 1729 6107, the filled gas cylinder was made me on 07-01-2015 and stated that the subsidy will be sent to my Saving Bank Account. I inquire so many times with Gas Agency as well as Secretary Mr. Choudhury of my Distributor i.e Railway Co-operative Consumer Store Ltd.,New Guwahati-781021 (Assam) but still to-day i.e. 20-01-2015, I have not received the subsidy. Kindly do needful at an early date.
