Sir,

I Mr.Taranjyot Narula, was contacted by Mr.Manoj Sharma for transportation of my bike (Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 – Marine Blue – DL 3S DG 7094) from Delhi to Hyderabad.

As informed to me by Mr.Manoj Sharma, he was from Gati Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd. He was able to provide the company based documents too.

Mr. MANOJ SHARMA (Mob. no. +91-9871017702 ) took my bike from Delhi on 3rd Feb’2018 and told me that the bike would be delivered to me within 5-6days.

However, on 9th Feb’2018around 9pm, Mr.Manoj Sharma called my at night drunk, and started abusing on the phone. He threated to not give my bike until I pay him more money, else he would not return my bike.
The cost of transportation was decided to be Rs.3500, which was paid completely in advance.

On the morning on 10th Feb’2018, when we went to the office address of Mr.Manoj Sharma as specified on the receipt (Shop No.1, Harola Market,Sector-5, Noida – 201301), on further investigation it was found that this person is a fraud and has been fooling people with fraud by using names of renowned organizations for benefit.

Luckily, we had taken the details like phone number, Driving License copy, vehicle registration number, etc, of the driver who had come to pick my bike. Later on contacting the driver, it was found that the bike had rather been taken to Najafgarh and not the registered office address mentioned.Further contact and personal information of Manoj Sharma was also gathered.

As on 14th Feb’2018, Manoj Sharma is still misleading us with the fraud and still threatening.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look into this serious matter of Fraudulent act where the person is running a racket of fake transport services, and then followed by threatening and stealing.

I have quite a few evidences in support of my complaint, few are listed down as below:

* Initial transport driver details (Vehicle number, Contact number, Driving License)

Also, the same fraud was encountered by another fellow customer named Mr. Bhavesh Kumar (Mob. no. 09008088235) in the month of Dec’2017. Mr Bhavesh had raised the same complaint on consumer court . PFB the reference to the complaint:

Therefore, I seek for your urgent support on this matter to take an action against this fraud. Mr.Bhavesh has also agreed to support us in the same concern of taking action against Mr.Manoj Sharma.
