Gaur sons had promised to resolve my issue by giving a return in form of monthly maintenance or credit form but till now they have not revert after multiple visits and sicsussion with their customer care/front desk and crm team and head.
Following complaint has been sent to

I beg to state that m/s gaur sons as proclaimed, renowned builder in noida ncr, uttarpradesh has been promising the handover of the flats to owners in stipulated time and their representatives in customer care, legal, sales, site had demanded final payment in july 2016, vide transaction id :rec00132/21867/16-17, letter number for rs 431877/- and as per agreement to fit out and handover of the unit within 30 days of the payment.
Gaur sons’ representatives namely neha (Customer care/crm), parul seth – legal/crm, narendra choudhary – sales and site office were regularly contacted to complete the unit in stipulated time and warned to take action in event of delay, they assured me to take possession in october 2016, at first then assured further for 3 more months and provide the unit in december 2016, as i have traveling from bangalore throughout my tenure of 8-9 months and made them aware of my financial condition.
Hon’ble justice, in one odd event builder imposed a penalty of rs. Inr 10095/ for 7 days delay (Payment done in advance) in 2014 as per file/ledger no. Fapp16a/00248/13-14 without checking their accounts and after many reminders and letter shared to their md, sh manoj gaur they reversed the same in account on 23-dec-2014.
As per agreement and fit out policy my unit had to be handed over on 30th september taking 30-45 days to complete but they had not even bothered to inform before calling me to their site and reg office.
I had shared my concern and grievance to all and highest of the orders in system and i sent entire piece of correspondence and mails to their md from my location through registered post on 6th apr 2017, vide no ek666723875in, also through electronic medium i had sent some 19 mails to complete and handover as i had to shift my family their in december 2016 and planned my movement but they didn’t even bother to update.
Their site officers narendra and shahid had not even picked calls while trying them to take updates.

Finally after having conversation with crm/cc team neha i had visited their office again on 9th and 10th may to meet their md but they did not allow me to meet and assured that appropriate action would be taken and compensation as claimed with travel expense to visit them would be paid as per the policy.
Parul seth, agm, legal/crm had assured to take action and revert to me in 2-3 days after i met her on 10th may but even till 28th may she didn’t even reverted and on my reminder mail and taking, this step she did not bother.
I had also filed my case locally in bangalore and national consumer forum, correspondence with documents sent to district forum, surajpur, greater noida.
I lost my job as i had informed my company to replace my counter part in advance in november, now i am not in state to pay emi of the loan for which gaur sons will be responsible.
Hon’ble justice, i appeal you to please take necessary action in this regard where, the md even not taking action on the consumer pain and their grievances shared for multiple times.

I beg to appeal to help me get compensation basis 18% roi for 8 months on 431877 and travel of rs 45, 000 to protect consumer rights.

Dear ms parul,
As discussed on 10th may 2017 at your regional office regarding, your company’s delay in giving unit after taking 100% payment in july 2016 and handing over my unit as per subject in mail, in april, 26th 2017.
My continuous reminders to your cc, crm, site officials over delays, other incidents in this regard to explain and respond none of them reverted even then and now.
I had sent some 21 mails to all of them including seniors but no reply till now.
Mails below stating my concern and your company’s response is very unprofessional, and now after discussing the matter with you on 10th may and no action and response on that.
I am going to civil court here in bangalore to suite a case to claim entire period loss basis interest and money spent on travel to your offices.
Also the same will be published in local and online media to make general people aware about misconducts by builder like yours.
I have a hard copy of a letter/receipt to md signed by front desk, as per my mail below.

SAME ISSUE CREATING WITH ME, after payment of initial amount of 10 percent , builder have to provide builder buyer agreement to purchaser, i am residing in district azamgarh U,P. due to my job, and have booked plot in gaur yamuna city, krishna villa , greator noida. they have taken 3 months to deliver BBA to me, and asked 45000/- for delayed, in the month of may 2022 paid initial amount, in August 12 2022, handed over BBA only , they were well known that arragement of fund will be done through bank finance only, such a huge amount is not possible to pocket se nikala aur de diya, still they not handed over the alounge with BBA like NOC, PERMISSION TO MORTAGAGE
