The maintenance department in Gaur Yamuna City is pathetic. They are so illiterate and unprofessional that a Truck driver is smarter than them. If you raise a complaint with them then they just saw and neglected, there is no turnaround time for a complaint. No matter if you file your complaint as urgent. I have a water leakage problem at one of my washrooms which is still pending for 4 months. Now it gets too bigger that all the leakage and water gathered in the washroom and upper floor person also faces the same problem.
But still, these guys do not take proper action. They just care about the maintenance charges which they charge without providing all the facilities.
The maintenance staff does not pick up the calls as well.
So much pathetic experience with Gaur.
