I had ordered RedMi Note 4 online from GL Electronics Company online site paying Rs. 2749/. The package was delivered to me through Ecom Express on May 3, 2019. The packet on the outside mentioned Redmi Note 4 but had a local or Chinese phone of value Rs 500/- only. The brand was Mack Pack. Though I feel foolish that I fell prey to such allurement but I thought it was my duty to complaint against this and alert other people about the same. Will be great if some action is taken.
I feel that the courier company Ecom Express is also hands in glove with these people as they do not have the address and phone number of the place/company from whom they picked the packet. They are unable to give the address and phone number even after repeatedly calling them. My ABW number is 2506675795
Kartrocket whose name was mentioned as the supplier is also feigning ignorance about the company who are supplying this.

Will be greatful if some action is taken in the case.
