My Complaint Description:
I have ordered 1st copy of refurbished realme 5 Pro Phone from GL electronics online shopping on 17th Jan 2020. I have paid full amount of this order via SBI dedit card Rs. 2899. Order received on 22nd jan2020 morning, after receiving when i open the packet i have found different product ,a local small handset, this is the fraud case and when I tried to contact to GL Electronics mobile Number ,the number was not reachable. Delivery received by Indian post courier Consignment no. EF403329472IN. There is no reply from these parties.
