I have ordered tempered glass for samsung galaxy s10 plus on 14.07.2019. Before ordering the product, i have gone through with some reviews done by youtubers where they said it will work well with in-display fingerprint. I got the delivery on 17.07.2019 by 5.50pm and opened the package. The packaging was good but to my shock, the tempered glass was broken. As per glazedinc’s policy, if any default product received, customer needs to contact them immediately and they will revert back to the customer by 24-48 hours by mail only as they don’t have any contact details on the site not anywhere.

I sent a mail detailing the same on 17.07.2019 at 6.02pm with photo proof. However, i didn’t receive any reply from them (Till 19.07.2019 @ 10.00am), not i can contact them as they don’t have any contact number. The tempered glass cost me rs 765/- (Including discount) which is not a small price for a temprered glass.
