Ordered tempered glass on 04 oct with prepaid full payment of rs 450. But there is no clarity on the delivery till date. The shopping portal does not even have customer care number. Support is only handled through email. I have written 3 to 4 mails but there is no proper response and just replied with third party tracking reference of delivery channel they use. Also called the delivery channel delhivery for tracking and they tried twice to pick up order from seller but the package was not available from seller.

The cancel order link does not work means i can’t even cancel the order. Have emailed them to cancel the order but no response. I also managed to get mobile no from their facebook account but no one answers the call as well.

I would like to get my order cancelled and refund of payment i had made as there is no proper response, no expected deliver date, very poor customer service, no update on delivery.
