I ordered a saree by looking at the photo shown on site for INR 1300 with delivery charges. But very cheap quality saree was sent which is not as per the description and look that was mentioned on the site.
I logged a concern and asked them to return it on email chat, but the person says it is the same as that I had ordered. I do understand that there could be some differences in color and look and feel, but here the saree is entirely different and very cheap quality.
If you see the photo of saree that I received, it has numbers all through out the saree border. They are not ready to take it back, with an argument that you have received exactly same saree that you had ordered.
I will be going into consumer court and they will have to return my money back. Please do not buy anything from them.
