My name is Anil Kumar and I have travelled YESTERDAY Dated 4th January, by goair flight no. G8 151 PNR U8463G from Delhi to guwahati.

When I have reached guwahati and taken baggage from the ballet, I saw my one baggage is damaged from the back side top and bottom side.

I m totally disappointed from the goair people treated the passenger belongings.

I saw the this kind of airline people viral videos in social media earlier, I thought it was fake, but this was not fake video thats proof by GOAIR.

and your guwahati go air staff said that’s not a big issue it happens in the aircraft.
