I’m RadhikaRagupathi and PNR no is VBYCCT. I had the flight at 5:40 pm on 15-10-16 then I got the intimation 2 times that the flight will depart at 6:25 pm and 7:05pm.. I waited in the airport till 7:15 but I didnt get any proper intimation from both airport enquiry and the airlines.. I left the airport nearly 7:15pm and the flight departed at 7:53 pm without the intimation. When I proceeded for the refund with the customer care of GOAIR they said u should have waited there even without any intimation treating the customer like an animal. The customer care member to whom I talked is Monika. I have to get my refund money back with a compensation money. I felt very bad when she gave that reply.
