My daughter booked Airlines Tkt of INDIGO AIRLINES Thru Goibibo portal vide my Airlines PNR Nos
1 . VMY3GQ From Delhi to Goa Schedule departure on 2nd april 2020
2. NN3DFN From Goa to Delhi schedule departure on 7th april 2020
Both the Tickets are booked in the Name Of
1. Ritika Gupta and
2. Heena Arora
But till Date i didnt recd the refund from the Goibibo company I checked from Indigo Airlines and they inform me that they already refund the amount to Goibibo on 14 th july 2020
Total Amount of Both Tkts are Rs 18321
I had already drop a Complaint to Consumer vide Grivence no 2280872 Dt 29th sept 2020
Kindly do the needful to get the refund at earliest

Hello Goibibo,
I am Paras Arora. As I heard you’re offering a great deal on international flights, I used your platform on 6th January to book a ticket from Delhi to Toronto for 9th February.
But to my disappointment that didn’t go well with me. Unfortunately my money got deducted from my account and booking failed.
I have no BOOKING ID, no REFERENCE NUMBER, there’s no BOOKING ID for that ticket and the chat support option keeps asking me for BOOKING ID. Kindly help me on how to proceed further regarding my refund.
