I have done a bus ticket booking from Chandigarh to Jaipur journey date is 19 0ctober 2020 and booking date is 17 October 2020. i selected my seat in Vijay Gajraj tour and travels whose departure time is 5.30 pm from Chandigarh. as i filled all details and selected payment mode phone pay Upi . and done payment of RS 1354 from phone pay upi with transaction no.029119945430 payment is successful from Phonepay but booking is not generated by goibibo. no booking id is provided and when i try to contact them they are not responding of my calls and requests. company is basically doing fraud in in india by Frauding people money use Covid situation as plus factor for business as there ivr said we are reduced our customer care staff strength . and use Covid to fraud people money i write over 20 mails file complaint many time no reply or call back is received . i want to sue company for this .
