Greetings of the day!!

With due regards i want to bring in your kind notice that on 10th Oct 2016 i booked an air ticket from Bhopal to Mumbai with PNR no XTSWBZ. On 13 oct 2016 i suddenly received a message from goibibo that my ticket has been cancelled as soon as i saw the message i called goibibo persons they told me that it has been cancelled by me through my android device. I did not cancelled the booking still some how they made me feel realize that by mistake it has been cancelled by me or mistakenly some one from my family touched the cancel option. Because it had been more than 3 years (500+ bookings) i was dealing with goibibo and i never faced such a issue i started thinking that it might be my fault. As a matter of old trust with goibibo i again booked the same journey through same id on the very same day i.e. (on 13 oct 2016) with PNR no Y3QBZ. After one day i.e. on 14 oct 2016 when my phone was at charging condition i received a message that your ticket has been cancelled. I was shocked to see that, at that moment i was not even using my phone still it got cancelled i again called goibibo persons within 10 minutes they again told me that it has been cancelled from my phone which is not at all possible as it was at charging but somehow goibibo persons made me realized either it is my fault or i have been hacked. I am a middle class person and do not have any enemy and even no one will get nothing (No benifit ) after cancelling my booking still i assumed some one might have hacked me.

After few days i changed all my account password and mail id password and made a hotel booking on 23rd oct 2016. Every thing went right i used that booking and i started thinking may be now every thing is ok.
So on 26th oct i again made a flight booking with PNR No- UPXPDR. On 28th oct i received a message at 7:20 AM in morning that my flight has been cancelled. At this movement i was not having goibibo app in my phone. So there is no chance that it has been cancelled by me. All my ids have been changed so no one can hack me still it got cancelled and goibibo persons are saying that it has been cancelled by me by my Redmi phone. Which is impossible

Few Important Points about the Bookings:

1. I Never received any OTP from Goibibo regarding cancellation

2. I received 100% Go cash and Gocash+ as refund from Goibibo even for ALL NON REFUNDABLE FLIGHTS (Screenshots attached)

3. I am a middle class helping person so i do not have any enemy.

4. No one will get even a single penny benefit for cancelling my tickets

5. I never cancelled any of my ticket. Even in last two cancellations i was not in logged in condition

Sir please look into the matter and help me out. I am in deep trouble and more over i have suffered from huge embarrassment at Airport in the last cancellation.

Looking for a positive reply and atleast 100% refund from your side
