A refund against my Indigo airlines booking has already been issued by the airlines. The amount, is however yet to be credited by the GOIBIBO group for more than 1.5 months from 7th October 2020 . Despite sending multiple mails, complaints no action has been taken against the same. Please help me get my refund back as i am in need of it.
