I have booked two bus tickets from Pune to Nashik. Amount debited from my account but not get any confirmation mail/msg from Goibibo.
Traveler agent confirm that no booking done on my name. So i have to get my refund from Goibibo. Customer number provided by them is useless no query solved by them.
