I had a flight from Krakow- Bombay- Krakow. I traveled partially and have applied for refund. My airlines say they have refunded but there is no reply from Goibibo. I have been trying to reach them out but to no avail. They don’t accept calls nor do they call back. Even if I can rebook my flight it would be of great help as I need to travel soon.
