Goibibo – Not refund of amount that is received twice for the same booking

I had booked a room at hotel from goibibio on dtd 09.12.18 and paid amount through Bhim UPI app but the amount was debited twice for the same booking. I contacted Bhim UPI for refund. They a answered me that they have successfully transferred the amount to the recipient. I called Goibibo for giving the second amount back. They told me to submit bank statement. I did the same and they had mailed me for refund on dtd. 07.01.19 that I will get the refund in 5-14 days but I didn’t get the amount back till today. I called them to complain about this but they said to wait for some days. They are harrassing me mentally now. They are sending me the same formatted mail that they are working but they are not refunding the amount back to me. I am totally fade up from this company.
