Goibibo/ Oyo – Booking confirmed but denied checkin

I booked Sea facing Oyo 5879 Radha Damodar residency Puri odisa 3 rooms for 7 adults and 1 child for 3 days from 28.03.2019 to 31.03.2019 on 17.03.2019 at 1:26 AM but as we reached the property they denied check-in on 28.03.2019 saying we don’t have any booking as above. I was with family and small child in new place for the first time, I called Goibibo regarding this problem they offered a refund or shifting in other property non sea facing (which was not known to us and Goibibo was not ready to provide options also). With family I had no choice to accept this shifting but we found the shifted property was cheaper than out previous property. This means we were cheated in :- 1.Booking in higher price but providing lower price/fascility/ Non sea facing property. 2. I was waiting for rest after over night journey of 650 kms for around 2-3 hrs with family in hot climate. 3. This is second time I had faced this problem with OYO , last time I didn’t reported as I thought I may happen due to connectivity but afterwards I found this is what is being practiced on regular basis to make profit and tax theft. Kindly guide what legal options I had to sue this company and I want Justice for this fraud.
