I’d bought a ticket from Bangalore -New Delhi- Bagdogra from Goibibo.
Airline: Spicejet
Date of Journey: 06-Apr-20
I’d opted for Cancellation protection and paid a premium of Rs. 1797 to safeguard against cancellation.
Due the Pandemic, I’d to cancel the flight.
Inspite of Cancellation protection, Goibibo refunded only a part of total fare paid. Goibibo did not honour its commitment for the premium collection as cancellation protection.
