I have booked tickets from Bengaluru to Delhi for 20th March 2020 and return flight from Delhi to Bengaluru for 5th April but it got cancelled due tom COVID-19. Immediately I contacted Goibibo (through which I booked tickets) and my airline for refunding my amount. As per airlines they have processed my refund and transferred amount back to my third party agency Goibibo. and same i have informed to Goibibo as well on 21st March 2020. That time Goibibo informed me that they have initiated my refund process and it will get transfered to my original mode of payment within some period of time and this they have shared in mail as well. I have waited for few days but it does not get transferred and after 1 month they have issued credit shell without informing me. After that I tried reaching Goibibo mutliple times but i was not able to connect. Again after sometime i tried contacting them but again unsuccesfull. then I contacted directly airline Go Air to confirm why they have issued credit shell? For which they replied that have already transferred amount to Goibibi on 24th March and shared transaction id with me. i was shocked knowing that airline has transfered money to Goibibo but instead of transfering that amount to me Goibibo has created credit shell. And now I am not able to contact Goibibo through any means of communication( except facebook where everytime they are giving same automatic responses). Now their website is also not responding and my old bookings are not visible in booking section and even credit shell is not showing up and error is displaying in place of that. Its showing how careless they are regarding handling these matter. I request you to please look into this issue and get my money refunded back to my account.

My PNR is S3SDSW. I have written 100 of mails to Go Ibibo and Air Asia for my refund of booking which was cancelled in May 2020. After 6 month I got credit in Air Asia account. But now it’s not showing. There is no means to contact both as no number working. On chat it’s robot and not getting issue properly. On mail Air Asia only reverting issue closed. Go Ibibo doing nothing. I want my refund back, as well as claim for wasting my days & months for such thing which was supposed to be done by them on their own or atleast should have called.
