I had booked a round trip to Depasar from New Delhi through Goibibo. My travel date was 6th of April 2020 and 16th of April, 2020 was the return. Due to Corona virus pandemic, the flight got cancelled by the airlines. I’ve been trying to contact Goibibo for the same for the past 7 months, but, couldn’t find any response from them. When I spoke to the airlines, they told me that they had returned the money a month back to Goibibo but Goibibo hasn’t processed my refund yet.
