Goibibo – Refund from airline not passed to me

I had booked return ticket Del-Singapore-Beijing for travel date till 04 Aug 2019 (as this was open ticket) with Singapore Airlines through Goibibo.com. PNR for said booking is OYL37V. The return leg of the journey could not be availed as after March flights were cancelled due to Covid. Singapore Airlines had refund tax amount Rs 2570 to Goibibo.com. However, Goibibo is not passing this amount to me. I have shared my account details as required by Goibibo.com and they claimed to have refund Rs 1149 in one instance and processing balance Rs 1420. However, despite several mails (as their numbers to speak to executives are not reachable due to Covid) they are not sharing details of refund such as UTR no, date, account where transferred etc. and neither confirming refund of the balance amount of Rs 1420. Every time I raise complaint on some forum against Goibibo, Goibibo executive calls up and after few days closes the case saying I was not available to take calls.

I first seek redressal for refund of tax amount of Rs 2570 from Goibibo received by it from airline. I also, have grievance against Singapore Airline for not refunding the booking amount of return leg as it was an open ticket till 04 Aug 20 and I could not travel from planned period Mar-Aug20 as Singapore Airlines flights were disrupted.
