Goibibo
I booked a airline ticket for the date of 30-03-2020 from Ahmedabad to Delhi ( PNR- LRCYDQ) i cancelled this ticket before lockdown by make a call on vistara airlines with full refund. i had asked many times to airlines and they confirmed it that ticked cancelled with full refund. but refund not initiated from Goibibo team.
Airline has paid refund to Goibibo, but Goibibo did not initiated it.
