Goibibo – Refund issue

I have been following up with a refund from goibibo which was booked on Jan,2020. Refund application has been filed very late by the agent and it has not moved up yet. Upon speaking with Emirates airlines, they have confirmed vendor hasn’t contact sales team of airlines for follow up.
Also they violate the rules against the supreme court hearing & DGCA guidelines.

Booking is from Chennai to Netherlands (Feb 8th,2020) and return is on May 7th,2020.
Already filed consumer compliant#2089125 but no action has been taken yet.

* Write Goibibo in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Goibibo.
