I had a booking from Indigo airlines via Goibibo and I got a flight cancellations confirmation from Airlines and Goibibo on 6 th October. Details below. IndiGo airlines cancelled the flight in August and till now I haven’t received the refund. I have raised complaints and followed up multiple times but no help received from Goibibo/ Indigo. I raised the below complaints and it was marked resolved without any resolution.
