I had booked my air ticket for the journey from Calicut to New Delhi on 15th April 2020 by Indigo flight PNR No: RDNG9L flight No: 6E5912 and return on 28th April 2020 by Air India flight PNR No: JTSR3, flight No: AI425. The flights were subsequently cancelled due to Corona pandemic. Thought I have received confirmation from air lines that the refund has already been made by the concerned air lines, the travel agent GOIBIBO has not paid me so far. They avoid and block all communication with them whenever I try to contact them. I feel that they have cheated me as I have to get Rs.10,648.00 as refund from them. I am a senior citizen and not able to get the the money from the travel agent. Hope you will be able to kindly help me out.
