I was booked a ticket from Bahrain to Cochin in 11 Feb 020 .
Due to Corona virus Lockdown in India cancelled flights befor travelling. My travelling date was 29 Mar 020
I booked through Goibibo, I contacted them for the situation. They offered full refund and agent canelled my ticket on 16 Mar 020. At the time of cancellation they said 14 working days for the refund now , after 14 days refund not credited , then representative telling 35, 45 days. Now telling they can’t tell the time. Now 54 days crossed. Around 41000 they are holding. I have 2 tickets PNR is ITRMMM, GHARRQ. One for my cousin I booked for him. We need money urgent for travelling from Bahrain to Cochin.
