GOIBIBO – Refund on cancelled ticket not received

I had booked a ticket through GOIBIBO in the month of May 20 with paying extra money for no cancellation charges . Flight got cancelled due to COVID . As I had already insured myself on cancellation charges I should get full refund on cancelled ticket for whatever reason.
I submitted cancellation request online through their APP and few days later I got a mail as refund is initiated on 09.09.2020 but it still not reflecting in my account. I did sent a mail to my bank where I suppose to get the refund but they denied receiving any refund from GOIBIBO. When contacted on customer care number of GOIBIBO only voice record can be heard no one is replying in person. Request you to suggest me the way forward.
